The terms and conditions of the Construction Contracts Act 2002 apply on acceptance of this proposal.
Additional terms and conditions are as follows:
- The price for the work as described is based on the discussions, instructions, drawings, specifications, and plans (if any) provided by you to us.
- Any change to the detail of the work prior to commencement will be agreed with you. The change may result in a variation to the price as proposed to you.
- The price at the completion of the work will be based on the principle of Measure and Value, unless specified as a Lump Sum value.
- The rates allow for one application of NZTA M7 approved paint.
- An allowance is made for the cost of one Establishment. Additional cost(s) of Establishment may be charged if required through no fault of ours.
- No allowance is made for Retentions, Liquidated Damages, Traffic Control, Level 2 Traffic Control, Long Life Marking, or Removal.
